Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Melody Minder app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by UKRPROFMED TOV, referred to as the Service Provider.

Melody Minder is a listening reminder and schedule organizer for songs, playlists, albums, podcasts, moods, tones, queues, favorites, and history.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

The Application does not collect, log, or store any personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.

If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data, such as an ephemeral IP address, may be transmitted to facilitate network connectivity. This data is not retained or used for tracking by the Service Provider.

Precise real-time location

The Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.

Third-party access

Since the Application does not collect personal information during normal use, no personal data is shared with third parties.

UKRPROFMED does not sell personal data.

Data Retention

Melody Minder does not collect or retain personal information through normal app use.

Listening reminder records such as song titles, playlist names, album names, podcast names, artist or creator names, notes, reference links, reminder times, repeat intervals, mood categories, tone preferences, queue states, favorites, listened states, snooze actions, library items, history records, sound toggles, reduce motion preferences, and app settings are intended to remain on the user's device unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.

Because the Service Provider does not store this app data on its servers, there is no server-side retention period for normal app use.

Data Deletion

Because Melody Minder does not collect or store personal information through normal use, the simplest way to remove local app records is to delete them inside the app where controls are available, clear app data through device settings, or uninstall the Application from the device.

If you voluntarily contact UKRPROFMED by email or provide information outside the app, you may request deletion of that voluntarily provided information by contacting support@ukrprofmed.online.

Opt-out rights

Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it removes the Application from your device. If you contacted the Service Provider directly, you may request deletion of voluntarily provided information.

Children

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them. Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children's data is not at risk from use of the Application alone.

Security and breach notification

Because the Application does not collect personal data, the risk of personal data exposure is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure. The Service Provider implements reasonable safeguards to protect systems and any data it holds.

If a breach occurs involving any information voluntarily provided outside normal app use, the Service Provider will notify affected users as required by applicable law.

Changes

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Where required by law, consent will be sought before material changes take effect.

Your consent

If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
